    • developed by Perosphere
    • formerly known as “aripazine” or “PER977”
    • di-arginine piperazine
    • small (512 Da) synthetic molecule
    • binds to UFH, LMWH, fondaparinux, DOACs
    • inactivates anticoagulants via noncovalent hydrogen binding, blocks binding to target sites of FIIa and FXa
