Hydrocephalus CT Findings

KEY FINDINGS of HCP on neuroimaging:

  • expansion of the temporal horns
  • convexity of the third ventricular walls
  • rounding of the frontal horns
  • effacement of sulci
  • enlargement of ventricles out of proportion to sulcal dilatation
